Chocolate Peanut Butter Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp dark cocoa powder
Steps
- Mash up the banana in a large mug.
- Mix in the cocoa powder.
- Mix in 2 tbsp of the peanut butter.
- Create a small divet in the top of the mixture and place the remaining tbsp of peanut butter in the divet.
- Microwave on high for 1.5-2 minutes or until it reaches a fudgy cake texture (exact time depends on your microwave).
- Let cool for a couple of minutes so the molten peanut butter doesn't burn the roof of your mouth, then enjoy!
