Notes:
This recipe comes from my aunt Amy, who is lucky enough to have the Quincy Street Distillery nearby.Prairie Sunshine is a wildflower honey spirit that's similar to a white rum but distilled from mead (honey wine). If you don't have access to Prarie Sunshine, substitute with your favorite white rum and ½ oz of a floral mixer of your choice. Alternately, you can substitute with a different floral or honey-based clear liquor.
